PERSIAN PEACH 
1 lg. can peach halves
1 c. peach juice
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
14 whole cloves
3 whole cinnamon sticks
1 pkg. orange Jello
Water

Combine peach juice, vinegar, sugar, cloves and cinnamon. Bring to boil. Add peach halves. Simmer 10 minutes, strain. Add water enough to make 2 cups liquid, dissolve package. Arrange Jello in mixture. Pour over arranged peach halves in mold. Refrigerate.
