SPOON TEA CAKES 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1/2 c. solid shortening
4 c. flour

Cream all the ingredients. Add flour to make a soft dough. Place teaspoon size portions on pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes. Yield: 5-6 dozen.
