CHRISTMAS COOKIES 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. oil
2 sticks softened butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1/2 tbsp. salt

Cream the butter, sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla, then add dry ingredients. Roll into small balls. Press with fork. Sprinkle with red or green sprinkles. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes 75 or more.
