2 lb. boneless chicken
1 lb. sliced Mozzarella
1 c. dry wine
1 stick butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 sm. can button mushrooms

Place chicken in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Pour wine over chicken. Sprinkle salt and pepper over. Place sliced Mozzarella over top, then sprinkle garlic powder, then sprinkle bread crumbs. Dot a piece of butter all over top of chicken. Then pour drained mushrooms over. Cover and bake for 30 minutes in 375 degree oven, then remove cover and brown on top.
