BEEF TIPS AND MUSHROOM GRAVY 
2 lbs. stew meat
1 env. dry onion soup mix
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water

Mix all ingredients together in a large baking dish. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Place baking pan under dish to catch spills.
