ASHLEY'S EASY BEEFY RICE WITH
MUSHROOM GRAVY
 
1 lb. lean ground beef or chuck
1 (23 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (or 2 regular)
1/2 can milk (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 cup rice (dry)
2 cups water
salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder (all to taste)

Combine rice and water and boil till soft.

Meanwhile, season ground beef with garlic powder and onion powder and cook till brown. Drain.

Combine cooked rice and browned meat then add soup and milk. Heat everything together till hot.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Enjoy!
