BAKED MUSTARD CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
1/2 c. Italian-flavored bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. white wine

Brush chicken with mustard, dredge in crumbs. Place in 9x13x2 inch baking dish.

Combine butter, lemon juice and wine; drizzle 1 tablespoon of mixture over each piece of chicken, and pour remainder in dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
