BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 whole chicken breasts, split
1/3 c. real mayonnaise

Place bread crumbs, cheese, mustard, paprika, and pepper in large plastic food bag. Shake to blend well. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Add 1 piece at a time to crumb mixture; shake to coat well. Arrange on rack in broiler pan so that pieces do not touch. Bake in 425 degree oven 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and chicken is tender.
