LEMON CHICKEN BREAST 
2 chicken breasts
Lemon pepper season
Sm. onion
1/2 stick butter

Split chicken breast; wash and pat dry. Season with lemon/pepper season. Cover with slices of onion. Dot with butter. Cook in a glass container at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Chicken should be fork tender. A small amount of water may be added to bottom of container for more moist chicken.
