LEMON BISQUE | |
1 box lemon Jello 1 c. Dream Whip or Cool Whip Juice of 2 lemons Rind of 1 lemon 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. boiling water Vanilla wafer crumbs 2 tbsp. butter Dissolve Jello and sugar in boiling water. Put in refrigerator to thicken. Then add rind, juice, and Cool Whip. Mix together. Melt butter and mix with vanilla wafer crumbs and pat in bottom of pan. Pour thickened Jello, sugar mixture over crust and sprinkle crumbs on top. |
