LEMON BISQUE 
1 box vanilla wafers, crumbled
1 lg. can evaporated milk (Carnation or Pet only), chilled overnight
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
Dash of salt
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together Jello, boiling water, salt, sugar and lemon juice until Jello dissolves. Chill until syrupy, about 1/2 to 1 hour. Beat milk in cold, large bowl until very thick. Fold in Jello mixture. Place 1/2 crumbs in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Add mixture. Place remaining crumbs on top.
