BAKED CRANBERRY ACORN SQUASH 
4 sm. acorn squash
1 c. apples, chopped & unpared
1 c. cranberries, fresh or frozen, chopped
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cut squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds. Place cut side down in 13"x9" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Turn cut side up.

Combine apples, cranberries, orange rind, brown sugar and butter. Fill squash with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until tender.
