3/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. walnuts 1 1/2 c. pecans 1 tbsp. cinnamon Frozen phyllo leaves 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. lime juice 1 tsp. cinnamon Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Cut phyllo sheets to fit pan. Add 2 sheets. Brush with melted butter. Repeat 2 more times. Combine 3/4 cup melted butter, sugar, nuts, pecans and cinnamon. Add half of nut mixture. Repeat whole process one more time. For the top layer, place 2 sheets of phyllo brushed with butter on top. Cut in triangles. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. Combine sugar, water, honey, lime juice and cinnamon in saucepan and boil gently for 15 minutes. |
