BAKED TURKEY 
15 to 18 lb. whole turkey
Salt
Pepper
2 qts. hot water

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Prepare turkey, rub down with salt and pepper. Place in roaster with 2 quarts hot water and cover roaster and vent. Cook 1 hour at 475 degrees. Turn off oven without opening and leave in oven overnight.

Cook giblets, and add to egg bread and Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix to make dressing or stuffing.
