MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 to 10 med. potatoes, peeled
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Salt and pepper to season

Cook, drain and mash potatoes. Beat cream cheese until smooth with electric mixer. Add remaining ingredients. Put in a buttered casserole and ready for oven. You can make this a day ahead for convenience. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered at 350 degrees just long enough to heat through.
