PORK CHOPS `N STUFFING 
4 thick pork chops
3 c. saltines, coarsely crumbled
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. water

Brown chops. Place in shallow dish. Lightly mix cracker crumbs, onion, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Mix soup lightly with stuffing before mounding it on chops. Use 1/3 cup water with the soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
