BEEF KABOBS 
4 lb. sirloin, cubed to 2 inch squares
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. wine or wine vinegar
1 clove crushed garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Combine last 8 ingredients and mix well. Pour over meat and refrigerate 24 hours. Skewer meat, green pepper, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and grill until desired doneness.
