OATMEAL BURGERS 
1 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 tsp. salt
1 onion
1 tsp. sage
3 eggs
1 c. pecan meal
1 can mushroom soup

Chop onion fine and add to oatmeal. Add salt, sage, and pecan meal. Beat eggs and add dry mixture. Make into patties and fry until brown on both sides.

Put patties in baking dish and cover with soup. Cook 30 minutes at 300 degrees or until most of liquid is absorbed.
