CARAMEL APPLE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. soft butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. peeled and chopped apples
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Combine 1st 9 ingredients. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30-40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. 10X sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3-4 tsp. milk

Blend until smooth and spread on cake.
