CARAMEL APPLE CRUNCH 
7 tart apples, cored, pared and sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (18 oz.) carton caramel apple dip
1 pkg. moist butter cake mix
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1/2 c. melted butter

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine apples and lemon juice. Mix well. Stir in caramel apple dip. Mix well. Pour into a 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top of apple mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Drizzle butter over top. Bake for 50 minutes.
