MONDAY'S MEAT PIE 
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 c. cubed leftover beef
1 c. cubed leftover potatoes
1 c. cubed leftover carrots
1 c. green peas
4 slices dry bread, cubed
1 c. gravy

Brown celery, onions and peppers in hot fat. Add meat, potatoes, carrots and peas. Add gravy and season to taste. Top with crumbs browned in butter. Bake in casserole 375 degrees, 30 minutes.
