MEAT LOAF | |
1 1/2 lb. ground meat Onion, chopped 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. bread crumbs Egg Stale hard bread to line bottom of baking dish 1 can tomato soup 1 lg. can peas, drained Stale bread is so meat loaf doesn't stick to pan, also absorbs fat. Mix hamburger meat with onions, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and eggs. Mix well. Line bottom of baking dish with stale bread. Form loaf and set on top of bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. When done take soup and 1/2 can water and mix. Then pour over meat loaf and then pour peas and meat loaf. Put back in oven for another 15-20 minutes to heat through. Slice and serve. |
