EMIL'S KAFFEE KRINGLES 
1 cube butter
1 c. strong coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3 eggs

Bring butter and coffee to boil. Add vanilla and flour. Stir. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Spoon into greased cookie sheet in 3 long rows, 3 three inches apart.

Bake at 425 degrees for 18 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Kringles Frosting:
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. water

Dissolve coffee in hot water. Add butter and sugar; beat well. Spread on the Kringles.
