CHOCOLATE KRINGLE COOKIES 
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 1/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts or peanuts
1 c. chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

Melt unsweetened chocolate. Blend in bowl chocolate and oil. Add sugar and eggs. Continue blending. Add flour and baking powder, vanilla, nuts and chocolate chips. Mix together. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour. Roll into golf ball size and roll into powdered sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake on 350 degrees for 17 minutes.
