BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 stalks broccoli, finely chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing

Mix the above and let sit overnight.

3 eggs, boiled and chopped
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Just before serving, sprinkle with 1/2 pound of bacon, crisply fried and crumbled.
