MUSTARD SPARERIBS 
4 1/2 lb. fresh pork spareribs

MUSTARD SAUCE:

1/2 c. molasses
1/3 c. Dijon style mustard
1/3 c. cider vinegar

Cut 4 1/2 pounds fresh pork spareribs into serving pieces. Place meaty sides up on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Brush pork with Mustard Sauce. Roast, turning and brushing frequently with sauce until done, about 45 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
