KIDNEY BEAN BOWL 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. diced apple
1/3 c. diced natural Cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
6 lettuce cups

In bowl combine kidney beans, celery, onion, salt and dash of pepper. Add mayonnaise to moisten. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Stir in apple, cheese and bacon and serve in lettuce cups.
