CHICKEN NACHOS 
1 chicken
1 onion
2 tomatoes, chopped
Cheese
1 green pepper, chopped
Butter
Green onions
1 lg. bag nacho chips

Boil chicken and remove from bone. Drain juice and set aside for soup. Place chicken tomatoes and onions in a skillet with small amount of butter. Saute until onions are clear. Place chips on platter. Spread chicken mix on top. Put shredded cheese over top. Place chopped green onions and more chopped tomatoes on top. Place in oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Serve hot.
