BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
2-3 stalks broccoli, diced up
1 sm. head cauliflower, cut up
1 med. onion, diced fine
1 c. raisins
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, cooled and crumbled

Peel off the tough outside of the broccoli stalks and dice the tender meat also. Both can be made ahead of time but add the dressing about 1 hour before serving.

This makes a large bowl. The recipe can be easily cut in half.

DRESSING:

2 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar

Mix well. Toss on above 1 hour before serving.
