BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. head broccoli
1 med. onion
10 strips bacon
1 c. sunflower seeds (meats)
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cider vinegar
Shredded cheese

Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Cut and chop onion fine. Fry bacon crisp and crumble when cool. Toss together and add sunflower seeds (meats).

DRESSING: Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Chill. Pour over vegetables and toss just before serving. Top with shredded cheese.
