1/2 c. unpopped popcorn
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. marshmallows
1 lb. dry roasted peanuts
1 lb. plain M&M candies

Pop popcorn in oil. Melt butter and marshmallows together. Stir in peanuts, popcorn and candy. Pour mixture into greased bundt pan. Cool before slicing.
