2 qts. popcorn, popped
12 oz. plain M&M'S®
12 oz. peanut M&M'S®
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 lg. jar dry roasted peanuts
1 lg. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 stick butter

In large bowl, mix popcorn, M&M'S® and peanuts. Melt butter and marshmallows. Add vanilla and stir. Pour over popcorn mixture. Mix. Pack lightly in well buttered angel food pan. Let stand 15 minutes and turn out onto serving plate.
