POPCORN CAKE 
2 quarts (8 c. popped) popcorn
1/2 c. oil
1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. plain M & M's
2 c. mixed, salted nuts
1 lb. marshmallows

Melt butter, marshmallows and oil in large pot. Stir until smooth. Pour in popped popcorn, M & M's and nuts. Mix. Spray Pam or grease tube or bundt pan. Pour in mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Invert on dish and either cut or pick off and eat. Red and green M & M's look great for Christmas time.
