POPCORN CAKE 
20 Kraft caramels
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows or 22 lg.
10 c. popped popcorn
1 c. M & M's
2 c. dry roasted peanuts

Heat caramels, oil, butter, and marshmallows in heavy pan. Mix well, blending in the oil and butter (takes some time). Pour caramel mixture over popcorn, M & M's, and peanuts. Stir. Press into buttered angel food cake pan. Let cool and turn out onto plate.
