PECAN FINGERS 
1/4 lb. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Melt butter and other ingredients; mix thoroughly. Mold into fingers, shape and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool and roll in confectionery sugar.
