PECAN FINGER ROLLS | |
1 c. butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 2 c. finely chopped pecans Cream butter; add sugar, one teaspoon at a time and cream. Add vanilla and nuts. Shape a tablespoon of dough into finger-length roll. (Can also be shaped into crescent shape.) Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. |
