PECAN FINGERS 
1 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp water
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Shape into crescents and bake 250°F for 1 hour or 300°F for 25 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Chill the dough 1 hour before baking for ease of handling.
