PECAN FINGERS 
1 1/2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. 4X powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. cold water
1 c. chopped pecans
Dash of salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and salt, then cold water, vanilla and nuts. Mix by hand, working into stiff dough. Pinch off small pieces and roll in shape of small fingers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Take off baking pan and while still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Makes 40.
