PECAN FINGERS | |
1 c. butter 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. water 2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. pecans, ground fine Cream butter; add sugar, water and flour, salt and ground nuts. Chill 1 hour, form in rolls about size of finger and bake about 45 minutes in 250 degree oven. Makes 5 dozen, roll in powdered sugar while warm. |
