PECAN FINGERS 
1 c. cake flour
3/4 stick butter
3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Butter should be room temperature. Mix flour, butter and sugar together. This will make a stiff dough. Add nuts and vanilla. Roll in finger size pieces and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet.
