CHOCOLATE KAHLUA POUND CAKE | |
1 box (pudding recipe) devil's food cake mix 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. oil 3 eggs 3/4 c. water 1/4 c. bourbon 1/2 c. Kahlua or coffee liqueur 3/4 c. strong, black coffee 2 tsp. cocoa Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes. Bake in a greased bundt or tube pan for 50 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes; invert and cool completely on rack. Serve dusted with powdered sugar. Great when served with coffee ice cream. |
