CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. rosemary, crushed
2 or 3 tbsp. dry sherry
Few drops Worcestershire sauce
4 slices American cheese
3 to 6 chicken breasts
3/4 c. bread crumbs, tossed with melted butter

Combine soup, milk, pepper, rosemary and Worcestershire sauce; cook over low heat and add sherry. Cook broccoli for 10 to 12 minutes and drain. Arrange broccoli in greased baking dish. Cover with sliced chicken breast, then layer of cheese. Top with mushroom sauce. Sprinkle crumbs and butter on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
