ORANGE NUT BREAD 
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Raisin Bran
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. shortening, melted
1/3 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Pour milk over Raisin Bran in large bowl, set aside. Mix flour with sugar, add orange rind. Add egg, shortening, and juice to Raisin Bran. Add flour mixture, stir just to moisten, fold in nuts. Pour into three 5 1/2 x 3 1/4 aluminum foil pans. Bake at 350 degrees, 55 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack, wrap in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and store overnight before slicing. Alternate pan, 1 x 9 x 5.
