NUT ROLL 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lb. caramels

Combine marshmallow creme and vanilla; add sugar gradually. Shape into rolls about 1" in diameter. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze 6 hours. Melt caramels, then roll in nuts until well coated; dry on wax paper. Store cooled candy in a covered container. Makes about 5 pounds.
