CARAWAY SLAW 
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. skim milk yogurt
2 carrots, grated
4 c. cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped

Combine vinegar, caraway seed, mustard, salt and garlic salt. Fold in yogurt. cover and chill. Toss carrots, cabbage and green pepper with chilled dressing. Can omit salt. 37 calories. 8 servings.
