APPLESAUCE MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 onion, chopped (med.)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. applesauce
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans tomato sauce

Thoroughly mix all ingredients, except tomato sauce and shape into small balls about the size of walnuts. Place in an open roasting pan and pour tomato sauce over them. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes about 50 balls.
