2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
3 c. milk
1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies

Mix sugar and cream cheese. Then mix pudding with milk. Put pudding mixture and cheese mixture together. Add Cool Whip. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with 1/2 of crushed Oreo cookies. Pour in mixture and sprinkle the other half of crushed Oreo cookies. Pour in mixture and sprinkle the other half of cookie crumbs over the top. (Cover with foil and freeze.)
