BROWNIE PIE 
3 egg whites
Dash of salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. crushed chocolate wafers
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 pt. whipped cream
Bitter Baker's chocolate

Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar. Fold in crumbs, nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly in a lightly buttered 9 inch pie plate. Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 35 minute. Cool thoroughly. Spread top with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
