BABY SWISS PUFFS 
1 c. milk
1 c. Baby Swiss, shredded
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
2 eggs

Mix salt, cheese, butter, milk in a saucepan, stirring it hard until it comes to a rolling boiling point. Put the flour in all at once, stirring it hard until the dough loosens itself from the pan. Cool it a bit. Then beat one egg at a time in the dough until it is real smooth. From this dough cut teaspoon size balls and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve them warm.
