1/2 pkg. crumbled Oreo cookies
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 gal. ice cream softened (any flavor)
1 (6 oz.) jar chocolate fudge syrup
1/2 can peanuts, smashed
12 oz. Cool Whip

In a 9x13 pan with a cover, add the Oreo's and butter mixture. Pat it down so it is firm. Top with softened ice cream. Refreeze until hard again. When frozen, top with fudge, nuts and Cool Whip. Freeze again. Serve this dessert frozen.
